Research
After talking with several grill experts, I learned that gas grills tend to sell better because buyers think they are more convenient. So I set out to design a charcoal grill that is more accessible to someone not accustomed to cooking on charcoal. I looked at many different charcoal grills on the market and learned about their most significant features.
